Access To Services

Triumph provides supports to individuals who meet the following criteria:

1. Have a developmental disability

2. Be at least 18 years of age

3. Require no skilled nursing

4. Have the ability to feed, clothe, toilet, and medicate independently

5. Be living independently or have the goal to live independently
