Spring is upon us and young men and women across the nation are ordering their caps and gowns in anticipation of graduating high school. Many are preparing to leave home in pursuit of independence and to develop their own unique identities as they transition into adulthood. But what if you or your child was faced with an uncertain pathway? One fraught with challenges unique to their disability? One that keeps them AND you up at night worrying over “what is the next step”? Triumph Services is here to answer those questions and to prepare you and your child for what comes next.
At Triumph, we specialize in services geared toward to preparing young adults in high school for the next chapter in their lives as they transition into adulthood. Life is challenging enough without facing it with a disability, and we understand that. That’s why Triumph has been recognized by schools, our employment partners, and parents of young adults in our programs as an much needed resource in this transitional period.
Starting with developmentally disabled students as early as the 9th grade, Triumph’s Transition Services teach your high schooler’s in the basics of:

- Financial Literacy
- Social Media Networking/Etiquette

- Self-Advocacy
- Stress Management

- Driving Training/Permit

Most of our services are covered under an IEP program that you and your child’s local school can create and advocate for together. Triumph Transition professionals are trained and certified to prepare your child for that next big step in their lives and yours!

Triumph currently serves individuals from Birmingham to Montgomery in 9 Counties (Jefferson, Blount, Chilton, Shelby, St. Clair, Tuscaloosa, Elmore, Autauga, and Montgomery Counties).
