Triumph’s WORK program boasts an 83% employment rate and a 96% job retention rate. With 180 employers (and growing), Job Coaches identify the best work environment for each individual based on their gifts, strengths, and interests.

  • Assessment

    Evaluate your starting point with a Career Assessment Report and develop a professional resume

  • Job Development

    Identify potential employers and job applications, develop interview skills, and any necessary accommodations

  • Job Coaching

    Provides lasting support in learning job skills, securing accommodations, developing relationships, and problem-solving.

  • Long Term Support

    After 90 days, Triumph staff will continue to serve as a liaison for the individual and the employer to ensure continued success.
