Announcing New Faces and New Roles

 In Blog

It’s been a growing year for Triumph at our Birmingham and Montgomery offices!  We have new faces in our offices, and some of the same faces have new roles. We wanted to take some time and tell everyone about the changes we’ve undergone.

ANN PHILLIPS

We announced last week that our Executive Director Brooke Bowles will be taking on a new role of Founder and Director of External Services.  As we’re gearing up for our search for a new Executive Director, Dr. Ann Phillips will be our Interim Executive Director. Ann has served as a consultant for Triumph for the past year, and is our artist-in-residence.  She is an Educational Consultant in a private practice that provides comprehensive educational services including student assessment, learning disability assessment, and school program consultations including accommodations for special needs students.  She is also an adjunct faculty member at Samford University and leads Triumph’s Art Splash program.

BROOKE BOWLES

On May 1, 2018, Brooke Bowles, Founder of Triumph Services, will serve as the Director of External Affairs, a position dedicated to growing and expanding the well-established model. Brooke is very excited to spread Triumph’s mission across the state of Alabama!

Brooke’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Auburn University and course completion toward a Master’s Degree in Agency Counseling from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. In addition to her professional experience, Brooke has a nine year-old nephew, Luke, who was diagnosed with Autism six years ago. Understanding how Luke’s disability affects the entire family has been as valuable as any other professional experience for Brooke.
